I grew up in Whitney Point and have proudly called this community home my entire life. Since joining the agency in April 2014 as Office Manager, I’ve dedicated my career to helping see customers have the protection they need for their assets and the people they love most. What I value most about my role is the ability to truly be there for others, especially on what can often be one of the worst days of their lives. Filing a claim is rarely something people are prepared for, and in those moments, I strive to provide steady guidance, reassurance, and exceptional service so customers know everything is going to be okay. My goal is to help restore not just their property, but their peace of mind, working to put them back where they were before the loss ever happened. I believe insurance should feel personal, not transactional. That’s why I focus on building genuine relationships with the people we serve, combining professionalism with empathy to create an experience rooted in trust and care. Outside the office, I’m a huge lover of music, horror novels, and comic books. I enjoy tackling home improvement projects and spending as much time outdoors as possible, especially kayaking when the weather cooperates. I also hold three degrees, including a Bachelor’s in Psychology, which helps shape my understanding of people and strengthens the way I support both customers and colleagues. At home, you’ll find me alongside my fluffy ragdoll cat, Bellatrix. Whether it’s with coworkers or customers, I like to bring a sense of fun and humor into each day. A positive atmosphere can make all the difference, and I believe a warm smile or a well-timed laugh can turn even a stressful situation into one that feels manageable. Kyle grew up all along the East Coast and moved to Central New York about 14 years ago. What he appreciates most about the area is its balance. It’s active enough that there’s always something going on, yet peaceful enough to step back and enjoy some quiet when needed. Kyle joined the Agency in late 2022 as a Licensed Service Professional. He’s often the person customers speak with frequently helping resolve day-to-day policy questions, handling changes, and reaching out when it makes sense to review or add new products. Kyle takes pride in helping see customers are not only covered, but that they actually review what they’re paying for. With a technical mindset, Kyle enjoys breaking down complex insurance language into clear, understandable conversations. Customers frequently thank him for being efficient, knowledgeable, and for turning what can feel like an overwhelming situation into something manageable. When someone is stressed or unsure, Kyle focuses on being a steady presence—listening first, then helping find a practical solution without unnecessary back-and-forth. Outside of work, Kyle describes himself as a “classic nerd.” He enjoys reading, computer games, and spending time with his energetic kitten, who has a habit of climbing on him whenever he sits down. While he doesn’t run on coffee or energy drinks, preferring juice and water instead, he brings focus and confidence to the office each day, ready to tackle whatever puzzle comes next. Kyle sees his role as turning insurance-speak into plain English so customers can make decisions on coverage. Tarra was born and raised in Corbettsville, NY along the Susquehanna River and has deep roots in Central New York. She values the area’s beautiful scenery, wildlife, and strong small-town values, all of which shape the way she connects with the people she serves. Tarra joined the agency in December 2025 as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. She works closely with customers to help them save money on existing policies while helping see they have the right protection in place. Tarra takes pride in providing attentive, high-quality service through a company like Allstate, which she believes offers strong value and long-term security. She was drawn to this agency after seeing its outstanding reputation for knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers values that closely align with her own. Tarra especially enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and helping them protect what matters most to them. A surprising fact to many, Tarra is also an avid hunter and conservationist with years of experience in wildlife rehabilitation and education. Fueled by tea throughout the day (with the occasional iced decaf caramel coffee), Tarra’s goal is for every customer to feel heard, valued, and confident that they truly helped with protection.

Chris grew up in Utica and is a true Central New York local. He enjoys everything the area has to offer, from hockey season in the winter to concerts and events during the summer months, which makes working with local customers especially meaningful to him. Chris joined the agency in May 2024 as a Producer. In his role, he works closely with customers to help them find the right auto insurance coverage while helping identify opportunities to save money. He takes pride in helping customers review their policies and feel confident about the coverage they have in place. Customers often thank Chris for being thorough and taking the time to carefully review their policies. When someone feels overwhelmed or unsure, he focuses on listening first and reassuring them that they’re in Good Hands—making the insurance process feel straightforward and manageable. Outside of work, Chris enjoys watching and attending hockey games and spending time gaming online. One fun fact that surprises many people: one of his photographs is preserved in a vault at RIT alongside other historically significant photographic works. He runs on coffee—or at least a diet soda—and brings positive energy and a listening ear to the office every day. Chris describes himself as kind, caring, and thoughtful. His goal is for every customer to walk away feeling confident that they have the right coverage in place to protect them from what the future may bring.

Michael grew up in Whitney Point, NY, and returned to Central New York in 2017 after spending time in Colorado. What he enjoys most about being back is the access to the outdoors. There’s always something to do outside, whether it’s exploring, camping, or just enjoying nature. Michael joined the Agency in 2025 as a Personal Lines Agent, helping customers manage and purchase coverage for their homes, autos, and other personal insurance needs. He was referred to Adam’s office by his former Allstate agent and was drawn to the role because it combines two of his favorite things: cars and houses. A self-described car enthusiast, especially when it comes to older vehicles, Michael enjoys talking shop with customers and helping them properly protect what they’ve worked hard for. Customers often mention how easy he is to talk to. His approach is simple: treat people like friends, not policy numbers. Whether reviewing coverage face-to-face or discussing options over the phone, Michael takes the time to understand concerns and address them clearly. Outside of work, Michael spends time camping, building and restoring old cars, and pursuing wildlife, night, and landscape photography. He’s also well-versed in both cars and real estate beyond just insurance coverage, knowledge that helps him bring added insight to conversations with customers. Michael runs on coffee (coffee is life), brings humor and team spirit to the office each day, and wants every customer to walk away feeling heard, understood, and confident that their coverage truly protects them.

Lauren has always been a New Yorker and appreciates everything Central New York has to offer, especially the four distinct seasons that keep the scenery (and life) constantly changing. As a Licensed Agent with agency, Lauren spends much of her time connecting with customers to help see they’re properly protected while also identifying opportunities to save. Whether reviewing an existing policy or helping someone secure new coverage, she focuses on making insurance feel less overwhelming and more understandable. Lauren was drawn to insurance because she knows how confusing it can seem. She enjoys being able to inform in ways that truly make sense, helping customers feel confident instead of uncertain. One of her favorite parts of the job is delivering good news, letting someone know their policy will cover an incident, sharing that she’s found meaningful savings, or celebrating an approval on a new policy. Her approach is highly tailored. Some customers want to understand every detail of their coverage, while others prefer a straightforward reference from someone they trust. Lauren’s strong product knowledge allows her to meet both styles comfortably, answering granular questions when needed and providing confident guidance when that’s preferred. Most importantly, Lauren wants every customer to feel heard. While not every situation can be fully “fixed,” she believes everyone deserves to feel listened to and supported with clear insight and direction. Loiza grew up in Liverpool, NY and is a Central New York local. She enjoys working with members of the community she knows so well and values the relationships that come from helping neighbors protect what matters most to them. Loiza joined the agency in December 2025 as an Insurance Producer. In her role, she helps customers with questions or concerns about their policies and works to help see they review their coverage and available options. What Loiza enjoys most about her job is solving problems and helping customers feel at ease. She is often thanked for being patient, understanding, and approachable, especially when someone feels nervous or overwhelmed. Her approach starts with listening carefully, helping see customers feel heard, and then walking them step-by-step through their options or next steps until a clear solution is in place. Loiza believes that listening is the most important part of helping someone with their insurance.
